The event put into practice in 2011 for the first time is organised in the spring semester of the academic calendar in every year.

It is aimed for our students to get information about career planning from experienced human resources managers, to find the opportunity to know companies and sectors closely, to consult with the company executives about the subjects just like internship, job and part-time work opportunities.

The event put into practice in 2012 for the first time is organised in the spring semester of the academic calendar every year.

In this event,

Presentations that motivate and inform our students are included on the subjects like

-Abroad experience sharings and ways to follow,
-Problems of learning a foreign language, solution offers and experience sharings,
-Importance of all in the career point

Foreign education counseling and work&travel companies, language courses and related institutions attend this event and the students can get information from these companies during the event.

Istanbul University  Career Development Practice and Research Center (ISTANBUL KAGEM) aims at supporting our students, graduates  and employees about getting to know themselves, identifying their tendencies and job opportunities, planning and improving their career fittingly to their characteristic features and market conditions to become high competitive professionals.

The Career Days amongst the activities of ISTANBUL KAGEM in line with this purpose aim to bring our university students and the companies together and also to contribute their career development process. 

For thestudents of medicine faculty:

It is aimed

To meet with the leading companies of the health sector and organize conversations,
To provide making use of business and internship opportunities, 
To arrange career planning seminars to be given by Medicine Members, 
To provide information about the Examination for Specialty in Medicine (TUS).

What to be included in this event? 

-The opportunity of being at world-famous medical doctors’ and famous artists’ panels 
-The opportunity of being together and one-to-one conversation with the doyens of the medicine world,
-The seminars and sessions which you want to listen with pleasure, 
-The opportunity of obtaining “Participation Document” which will be given by İSTANBUL KAGEM within the organization.
-The opportunity to come together with the institutions of the private sector.

In this event which aims to increase the practice, knowledge and experience of our students, “Company Introduction Presentations, Internship Applications, Interview Rehearsals and The Informings about Internship Process” are made by the leading companies of the informatics sector. The event put into practice in 2016 for the first time will be organized in the fall semester of the academic calendar in every year.

In this event which aims to increase the practice, knowledge and experience of our students, “Company Introduction Presentations, Internship Applications, Interview Rehearsals and The Informings about Internship Process” are made by the leading companies of the informatics sector.
