Date ranges and durations are different according to the faculties. The insurance charges are paid by the university and you can get the detailed information from the internship officer who is responsible about it in the faculties.

VOLUNTARILY INTERNSHIP

In addition to compulsory internship, our university also offers volunteer internships. Internship procedures are carried out within the related units for the students whose departments included compulsory internship and these practices will continue in the same way.

The volunteer internship at our university has two options. One of them is, in the form of participation of students who find internship with their own initiatives and the second one; the internship opportunities as part of the “Staj Seferbirliği” project started in 2020 by The Presidency of the Republic of Turkey Human Resources Office. Insurance payments for students voluntary interns will be made by our university.

The internship opportunities founded by our students with their own initiatives can be done between the dates confirmed by their faculties. But the internship dates of the students as part of the “Staj Seferbirliği” Project are determined by the students and related institution.

THINGS TO BE DONE BY THE STUDENTS WHOSE INTERNSHIP APPLICATION ARE CONFIRMED BY THE INSTITUTIONS AS PART OF THE “STAJ SEFERBİRLİĞİ” PROJECT

For giving start to the internship transactions, the students whose application are confirmed as part of the “Staj Seferbrliği” Project conducted by the coordination of The Presidency of the Republic of Turkey Human Resources Office, need to take “Acceptance Document As Intern” from the institution and deliver it to the administrative officer who is responsible for the internship at their faculty.

Some public institutions share information about the candidates accepted for internship with the university administrations via the Electronic Document Management System (EBYS) instead of giving documents to their interns one by one. So under this circumstances, related students need to confirm whether their name is on the candidates list for asking it to the officer who is responsible about insurance transactions at their faculty.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Students received an internship offer as part of the “Staj Seferbirliği” project should not consider the following documents which is below and required for Voluntarily Internship.
