JOB DESCRIPTION

Levi Strauss & Co is looking for marketing intern who will be responsible to;

-Following up daily operations with PR agency such as sending products, document follow ups, reporting, asset sharing etc.

-Supporting on social media management operations; such as asset sharing, reporting, etc.

-Following up showroom products updates,

-Following up all document works such as PO creation, invoice tracking, marketing expenses, etc.

-Support on events & brand activation’s operational works,

-Support on sell-in session meetings in terms of brandings, catalogues, producing product tags, etc.

-Support on fit camp project for a smooth launch; fixture and furniture production following up with vendors, plan distributions and control the implementations,

-Support on new fit navigation launch in stores, following store by store. Analyzing the needs and coordinate accordingly,

-Long term support on brand environment ensuring all equipment, POS and mannequins are all up to date, in good condition; remove, change and plan the renewal if needed.
