- Scheduling and maintaining calender of appointments, conference calls, meetings,
- Preparing documents such as minutes of meetings, reports and presentations,
- Organizing daily/weekly plans and preparing the agenda for the meetings,
- Act as the point of contact between the GM and unit managers.
Aranan Nitelikler :
- Bachelors degree in related fields,
- Proficiency in MS Office aplications (especially Excel and Powerpoint),
- Min 2 years work experience in a corpoate environment in a similar role,
- Fluent English and French is a must,
- Excellent communication, time management and prioritization skills,
