  • Preparing documents such as minutes of meetings, reports and presentations,
  • Organizing daily/weekly plans and preparing the agenda for the meetings,
  • Act as the point of contact between the GM and unit managers.

Aranan Nitelikler                 :

  • Bachelors degree in related fields,
  • Proficiency in MS Office aplications (especially Excel and Powerpoint),
  • Min 2 years work experience in a corpoate environment in a similar role,
  • Fluent English and French is a must,
  • Excellent communication, time management and prioritization skills,
