We are looking for motivated System Analyst/Technical Business Analyst to join our Software Development Team!

Who we are:

Borda Technology is a product and solution development and system integration company specializing in RFID Real Time Location Systems, asset management, stock and inventory management, and business analytics. Our company has been working on RFID technology through its research and development offices at Istanbul Technical University and the University of South Florida, aiming to develop and implement the most suitable technology for our customers’ needs.

Responsibilities of System Analyst/Technical Business Analyst:

Analyzing and processing of requirements with business units,
• Creating clear and testable requirements analysis document to ensure the fulfillment of business and technical needs,
• Communication with development team in order to turn related requirements into a software application,
• Working with test and programming teams to ensure changes are migrated into production correctly.
• Communicate and present technical solutions for business problems to business stakeholders and business owners
• Coordinating the communication between development team and business units,
• Overseeing implementation of a new system including data migration
• Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability
• Keeping up to date with technical and industry developments.

Aranan Nitelikler                 : 

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

3+ years of experience as a System Analyst/Technical Business Analyst

• Analytical ability to document and explain complex business operations to software developers, test and deliver new business requirements
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of web-based technologies, C# and/or Java

Knowledge of RESTful and SOAP Web Services
• Knowledge of cloud platforms is a plus
• Advanced verbal and written English communication skills.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot problems and look for solutions.

A passion for quality and continuous improvement of processes.

• Experience on Agile software development processes

Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail
• Planning and negotiating skills
