We are looking for motivated Software Test Engineer to join our Software Development Team!

Who we are:

Borda Technology is a product and solution development and system integration company specializing in RFID Real Time Location Systems, asset management, stock and inventory management, and business analytics. Our company has been working on RFID technology through its research and development offices at Istanbul Technical University and the University of South Florida, aiming to develop and implement the most suitable technology for our customers’ needs.

Responsibilities of Software Test Engineer:

• Performing automated and manual tests according to test plans
• Writing automated module and integration test when necessary
• Recording and tracking defects
• Troubleshoot scaling and deployment issues.
• Work close to development team and business units to ensure changes are migrated into production correctly.
• Management of test environments
• Actively participate in quality improvement process and continuous improvement of the test automation environment
• Contributes to the definition, development and control of the testing environments.

Aranan Nitelikler                 : 

BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer / Software Test Engineer

• Experience testing complex software systems (manual and automated)
• Knowledge on automated testing frameworks and languages (Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Cucumber, etc.)
• Knowledge on web-based technologies, SQL, C# and/or Java
• Experience on Agile delivery

Advanced verbal and written English communication skills.
• A logical approach to problem solving
• Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical detail
