Rent 'n Connect started its operations in 2014 providing mobile hotspot rental services in Turkey. In 2018 we launched Berlin and London offices and started offering services all over Europe. Today, we are a fast-growing company with more than 50 employees offering coverage in more than 40 countries.

Now, we are looking for a capable Operations Intern  to join our team. Our products are Rent ‘n Connect (www.rentnconnect.com) - Portable Wifi Device Rental platform; TripBackup (www.tripbackup.com) - live concierge and assistance application; Concierge+ - Smart Room Phone service for hotels and travel businesses.

We’re looking for people who have/are:

Either a currently enrolled 3rd or 4th grade student or a new graduate, preferably from the Faculty of Engineering(Computer, Industry, Mathematics, Economics, Mechanical) or related fields.
• Fluent in English, speaking, and writing
• Into deal with data, reporting, and to be good with numbers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, particularly proficient in Excel
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Problem solver with a can do attitude
• Flexible and adaptable personality who understands the needs of a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Ability to work for 3 days in weekdays

Aranan Nitelikler                 :

In this role, you’ll get to work on the following areas:

Work with CFO and make financial modeling, scenario planning, and reporting
• Quota control daily
• Record weekly/monthly sales revenue 
• Update financial overview to predict and do projection for the next term
• Do the loyalty and repeat analysis 
• Collaborate with the sales team for the B2B agent report
• Find the critical path and make projects for operations
• Preparing monthly strategy for lines
• Monthly, yearly scenario for optimization
• Monthly usage and billing analysis
• Data extraction, simplification and consolidation
